For orders below $40 USD, shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take 3 to 5 business days to become active after the package leaves our warehouse.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your order.

PACKAGE MARKED AS DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED
If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package:

Wait an additional 24 to 48 hours, as carriers may occasionally mark packages as delivered before final drop-off

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, SHOP CELYSSIA cannot guarantee responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
However, our team will always do its best to assist customers in investigating delivery issues with the carrier.
We strongly recommend selecting a secure delivery location whenever possible.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES
For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, or additional carrier fees may apply depending on your country's regulations.
